Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of purchase. No processing of orders on Sundays. Total cost of shipping is $4 flat rate. Any purchase $35 and over receives FREE SHIPPING.

JoJo's Bling Boutique ships 2-3 business days to USA and Puerto Rico via USPS.

Shipping rates $6.50 ($0 - $49.99), $14 ($50 - $99.99), $20 ($100 - $149.99), FREE ($150 & up) Ships within 48 - 72 hours unless Friday then ships Monday.

I am not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

REFUNDS

Any items that are received and have a manufacturer defect must be reported by email (with picture) to terrijohardy@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery for a credit.
